LINO Launches New Affordable Menu

Quality Italian cuisine that don’t burn a whole in your pocket? You’ll find it at the Les Amis Group’s pasta bar LINO with their new Italian comfort food menu. Indulge in a hearty three-course dinner or opt for Italian staples like the handmade tangy BBQ Chicken Pizza (S$26) and Spinach Ricotta Ravioli (S$24) slathered with brown butter, pine nuts and grated parmesan. Seafoodies aren’t forgotten with options like the Scallop Risotto (S$32) and the loaded Seafood Pizza (S$26) topped with fresh tiger prawns, scallops, clams and fior di latte for an umami bomb in each bite.

Merci Marcel Unveils Southern France-Inspired Cuisine

Buckle up and get ready to explore the south of France through the new dinner menu at Merci Marcel Tiong Bahru that celebrates contemporary French signatures. Kick-off with an Alsatian Truffle Tarte Flambée (S$25) made with smoky coppa pork from Corsica and then dive into the wild French sea with the Cod Fish Gratin (S$39) comprising a bold chorizo crust, plated on a bed of eggplant caviar. Other delights like the Pissaladière (S$13) – a traditional Provençal-style flaky pizza – will take you along the rugged coasts of Côte d’Azur while an intriguingly deconstructed Lemon Pie (S$12) makes a sweet finish.

Meatsmith Telok Ayer Turns 5

In celebration of turning five, American barbecue joint Meatsmith Telok Ayer is throwing one hell of a party. Besides joining hands with the classic American lager brand Pabst Blue Ribbon, Meatsmith will be recreating a commissioned artwork by creative collective DPLMT with a massive Sideways Burger (S$50) packed with classic Meatsmith staples like Buffalo Wings, Pulled Pork and Steak amongst other crowd-faves. On top of that, expect more amazing drink deals and fresh tunes courtesy of DJ Matty from DJ Dispensary.

il Cielo Welcomes Spring With A Seasonal Menu

Spring festivities are in full bloom at il Cielo with Resident Chef Yohhei Sasaki’s new seasonal menu featuring premium in-season produce flown in from Japan and Italy. The Blooming Spring Tasting Menu (from S$138 for four courses) showcases exquisite creations like the Duo di Maialae – succulent braised-grilled Mizayaki wine pork paired with creamy truffle sabayon and aromatic black garlic crumbles –  and  Sakura – a breath-taking dessert comprising a rich Valrhona dark chocolate terrine and sakura-flavoured gelato plated to resemble the iconic sakura tree.
