New Brunch Additions at Luxe

With an all-new brunch menu revolving around quintessential Australian grub, diners can now grapple with classic dishes such as the Eggs Benedict ($22); glorious poached eggs coupled with leg ham and hollandaise sauce, and a typical Aussie Breakfast Set ($26); a scrumptious medley of scrambled eggs, bacon, cumin roasted tomatoes, pork and fennel sausages, avocado, and mushrooms at Luxe Singapore.  Options like the Quinoa and Chia Seed Pudding ($16) are perfect for the eat clean crowd, while the Merryberry Ricotta Hotcakes ($20) offer a sugary finish for a decadent meal.

Lava Toast at Dazzling Café’s

Whipping up Instagram-worthy dishes on a regular basis, Dazzling Café is a hotspot for dessert porn picture-taking. That’s not to say that their sweet treats are without substance however. Taking their love for all things saccharine further, the popular Taiwanese Café at Capitol Piazza will introduce three delicious variations of Lava Toast ($14.90); namely chocolate, peanut butter and cheese. Mop up the delectable toast fillings with a scoop of Haagan Daz ice cream, and satisfy that sweet tooth of yours.

Cheese Cakes from Cat & the Fiddle

As part of their upcoming Children’s Day initiative, Singapore’s first online premium cheese cake shop Cat & the Fiddle will be pairing up with the Melrose Home Children’s Aid Society from now till Sunday, 4 October 2015 for an admirable fund-raising effort. New Menu at The Missing Pan

The Missing Pan is ramping up their kitchen game with a list of exciting new offerings. Brunch-heads can tuck into the quirkily-named Quack Quack Eggs Benedict ($19); a delectable mix of tender duck rillette, poached eggs, Thai asparagus, and in-house parmesan hollandaise, while the Blue Crab Burger ($25) consists of a crispy soft shell crab that is daubed with paprika mayonnaise, and served alongside grilled asparagus, bacon, wild mushrooms, and waffle fries.
