Swap Your Cucumber For A Hendrick’s & Tonic
Yes it’s true – you’re paying for a Hendrick’s & Tonic with a cucumber. In the spirit of World Cucumber Day this 14 June, the humble green fruit will be accepted as legal tender. With a vital role in the spirits’ distillation process, it’s no surprise that cucumbers are used as garnishes in Hendrick’s cocktails. Join the ‘Cucumber Hour’ from 7-10pm at any of the 42 participating bars (get list here) for this annual celebration, and of course, your G&T fix.
‘Cucumber Hour’ will be held on 14 June, from 7-10pm, at participating bars (full list here). Redemptions are limited to 60 per bar, and one per customer. Visit their Facebook page for more information.
