Hua Ting’s Gold Award Celebration Set Menu
If you’ve been craving Cantonese food, you’re in luck. Orchard Hotel Singapore’s restaurant Hua Ting is rewarding us after their recent Gold win in the Best Asian Restaurant Awards 2019. It’s a new six-course set menu of classics and crowd-favourites, from Chilled Lobster Jelly topped with Salmon Roe, Deep-fried Scallop Paste and Pear to Aged Pu-Er Smoked Duck. Truly an indulgent spread of the very best in Asian gastronomy.

Andaz Kitchen Party At Alley On 25
Chase away your midweek blues with free-flow drinks and bar bites at the Andaz Kitchen Party. Unwind and relax with their range of drinks, from wines to beers like the Andaz Pale Ale, and dig into their rotating variety of cheeses from The Cheese Artisans as well as breads from Tiong Bahru Bakery. It’s a cosy after-work party that’s guaranteed to rejuvenate the working soul – or at least, keep your mind off work for a night.

Go European and Bistro-style With PORTA
Looking for a European and Mediterranean food fix? PORTA offers the most beloved classics inspired by the culinary adventures of Chef Alex. Try their Asian-influenced Spicy Salmon Tartare with its marinade of spicy sugar cane vinegar, or their savoury Confit Lamb Pastilla featuring Australian lamb shanks. They’re also offering daily brunch options such as French Toast and the vegetarian Breakfast Burg, or weekday set lunches for that midday indulgence.

Celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Negroni At The Landing Point
June marks the 100th anniversary of the iconic Italian cocktail, the Negroni. Celebrate with The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore as they offer their specially-crafted Negroni Duo, comprising a Negroni Bianco and Classico set. The classic drink is made contemporary with a secret concoction by their own mixologist, boasting a well-rounded botanical flavour that’s not to be missed.

Here’s the latest update from Kirk Westway, the Michelin-starred chef from JAAN: the British fine dining restaurant is renaming itself as JAAN by Kirk Westaway.
With the launch of British-inspired dishes such as the English Garden and Devon Cheddar Cheese Buckwheat Pancakes since 2018, guests can look forward to more of these contemporary and innovative menus. Besides, who can say no dining with a 70th-floor panoramic view of the Singapore’s skyline?
