Spice Brasserie has put its beloved buffet line on pause, but don’t fret: it’s cooked up a weekday à la carte menu of Asian street fare instead. Get your buffet-line favourites delivered fuss-free to your table, from comforting Seafood Broken Rice Claypot Porridge (S$6.80) to fluffy Naan with Goan Fish Curry (S$5.80) and decadent Oyster Omelette (S$5.80). BBR by Alain Ducasse Unveils Sultry Spanish Set Menu

Take your tastebuds on a tour of Spain with BBR by Alain Ducasse‘s new curated menu. The Spanish Very BBR set menu (S$128++ per pax) features eight courses of the Mediterranean’s finest, beginning with ocean gems like Arroz Bomba con Langosta − a rich new starter of bomba rice and lobster − and the signature Pulpo a la Gallega − tender-grilled octopus jazzed up with paprika. Their new five-course ‘Food for the Soul’ set menu (S$38++, min. two pax) is packed with immunity-boosting foods, served up using age-old Chinese techniques with modern twists. Fortify your energies with protein-rich Double Boiled Chinese Yam Soup with Pork Cartilage, dig into the spleen-invigorating Fried Five Grain Rice with Truffle, and wash it all down with everyone’s favourite superfood: Avocado Puree, topped with silky vanilla ice-cream.

Magnum Ruby Launches in Singapore

Two of the dessert world’s greatest inventions − ruby chocolate and ice-cream − meld in one velvety bar with Magnum Ruby. Berry-fresh and naturally pretty in pink, Swiss cocoa producer Barry Callebaut’s ruby chocolate has been taking chocoholics by storm since last year. The new Magnum Ruby features a gorgeous shell of ruby chocolate; bite into it, and let the luscious filling of white chocolate ice-cream and raspberry swirls melt on your tongue. Since one won’t be enough, a minipack of six retails at S$10.90, while the impulse size is priced at S$3.90.

Magnum Ruby is available from 1 April 2020 at major supermarkets across Singapore, as well as on RedMart and foodpanda Singapore.
