Experience the Five Sensations of LOUIS XIII
Savour LOUIS XIII Cognac in an exclusive experience tailored by LOUIS XIII Cellar Master, Baptiste Loiseau in collaboration with Italian restaurant 28 Wilkie. The five pairings (priced at $350++ ) were created to reveal the varying sensations and flavors of LOUIS XIII, an exquisite blend of up to 1,200 eaux-de-vie sourced wholly from Grande Champagne. For instance, the richness and subtle saltines of the hybrid Kaluga Caviar allows the cognac’s exceptional aromas to shine, while the Hibiscus and Pomegranate Soft Sorbet enhances its floral notes and honeyed mellowness. For texture, the wafer thin slice of Bellota Ham shaving magnifies the silky smoothness of the liquid.
The Five Sensations of LOUIS XIII is available at 28 Wilkie, 28 Wilkie Road #01-01 Singapore, 228051, p.+65 9776 2828. Open Mon-Sat 4pm – 10.30pm. Closed on Sundays.
