Celebrate hygge with a Nordic Brunch

Inspired by the culinary philosophy from the wintery Northern European regions, Ash & Elm has added Nordic cuisine to their Sunday Champagne Brunch (S$98++). Renowned for its fresh, locally grown ingredients and preservation techniques, yet relatively unknown here, Chef Eric Neo aims to raise awareness and enhance food diversity at the same time. As Singapore’s first Nordic-Asia Culinary Ambassador, Chef Neo is personally heading up this Nordic Sunday Champagne Brunch. Highlights from the menu include the Blood Sausage & Cheese Pizza, Beetroot and Gin Cured Salmon with Pickled Cucumber, and Meatballs, served with tender potato, creamy brown jus, and cranberry preserves.

Ash & Elm’s Nordic Sunday Brunch is available every Sunday from 6 October to 29 December 2019, 12pm – 3pm, at Ash & Elm, Level 1, InterContinental Singapore, 80 Middle Road, Singapore 188966, p. +65 6825 1061.
