Explore the Flavours of Australia at Capella Singapore

For one night only, take a gastronomic jaunt through Australia’s rich oceans, wagyu farmlands, and award-winning vineyards. Capella Singapore‘s Flavours of Australia Wine Dinner (S$148++) is a 4-course menu of Australia’s finest produce paired with exquisite Xanadu wines from Margaret River. Highlights include the Smoked Petuna Ocean Trout garnished with pink grapefruit and parmesan emulsion, and Caramelised Packham Pears, complemented by a glass of Cane Cut Viognier 2019 with lots of ginger spice and stone fruit notes.

Ever wondered how your favourite rojak would taste in booze form? Well, you can find out at Neon Pigeon this Friday as seven leading bars shake it out for the title of Singapore’s Next Iconic Cocktail.

Using Johnnie Walker Gold Label, the bartenders will brew up original cocktails crafted around uniquely Singaporean flavours. The lineup, which includes Anti:dote, Jekyll & Hyde, Tippling Club, and Jigger & Pony promises some truly zany, marvellous concoctions – think highballs inspired by nasi lemak and brews paying tribute to the Samsui women of yore.

Get down to start your party early, because the first 200 guests will receive complimentary taster kits of all seven cocktails, along with the chance to vote in your favourites!

Enjoy Reimagined British Favourites at JAAN

Classic British fare gets a modern makeover in JAAN by Kirk Westaway’s new summer menu. With Fish and Chips, Chef Kirk reinterprets this beloved staple as a crisp tartlet filled with cod fish brandade and served with tartar sauce. The humble English potato is jazzed up with truffle juice in Roast Potato Soup, while the Majestic Irish Oyster sits pretty on a decadent bed of artichoke custard and Kristal caviar. The menu will be available for both lunch (from S$98++/4-course set lunch) and dinner (S$268++/8-course set dinner).

JAM out with Backyard BBQ & Beats

Get your Sunday sizzling with an outdoor BBQ party as Dempsey Hill restaurant JAM at SIRI HOUSE grills up finger-licking meats and seafood in its own backyard. You can feast on dishes such as Grilled Crayfish with Crustacean Belacan, Tender Valley Beef Ribeye, and Iberico Pork Cheek, priced anywhere between S$6 and S$23 or in grill platters for two (S$48). As you nosh, DJs Drem and ARMS1 from the Matteblacc Collective will turn up the heat with pumping tunes.

Emperor Champagne Launches Singapore’s First Champagne Club

Club membership is a three-tiered affair.
