Food Truck Experience at Grand Hyatt Singapore

In celebration of World Vegan Day on Thursday, 1 November 2018, the folks at  Grand Hyatt Singapore will be launching San Francisco-based food tech innovator JUST Inc’s JUST Egg. Made from mung beans, this “egg” is completely plant-based, vegan-friendly, and most importantly, tastes exactly like eggs. Served as a JUST Egg Patty ($5) tucked in between a freshly-baked homemade corn bun, dairy-free cheddar cheese, avocado puree, and tomato jam at Grand Hyatt Singapore’s exclusive JUST Egg food truck. Event-goers can also catch an active panel discussion on The Future of Food at The Gallery by food and nutrition experts on the social and environmental impacts of the food industry.

JUST EGG Food Truck Experience is located at the Grand Hyatt Lobby, 10 Scotts Road, Singapore 228211. Open between 12pm-9pm on 1st to 3rd November 2018.
