For an entire week, the acclaimed Chef Alexandre Dionisio from two-Michelin-starred La Villa in the Sky will be bringing some of Belgium’s finest cuisine to Singapore! In partnership with Resorts World Sentosa’s CURATE, the Best Young Chef (2013) in Brussels will create a menu around the freshest seasonal products to see European-style dishes such as King Crab with Jelly and Shrimp Consommé and Russian Caviar, Scallops with Texture of Potatoes, Avruga Caviar, and Kaffir Lime Espuma, and Bavière Beef with Creamy Smoked Celeriac, Cress and Jus. Sounds good? As expected of someone who’s previously trained in the kitchens of Michelin-starred chefs Pierre Wynants, Rocky Renaud, Yves Renaud.

The Great Meat Feast at The Carvery

For the second year running, The Carvery will be bringing in a range of premium cuts its much-lauded The Great Meat Feast. This edition sees the new introduction of Pork Collar from Dingley Dell Farms in Britain and Pork Belly from Bangalow Sweet Pork in Australia, in addition to tried-and-tested quality beef such as 28 Days Dry Aged Aberdeen Angus and Mayura Full-blood wagyu, Black Angus!

Suntory Launches First-Ever Roku Gin

The Japanese conglomerate has launched their first gin in Singapore, a spirited offering comprising Japanese traditional botanicals. Distilled in Suntory’s Osaka-based facility, Roku (meaning “six” in Japanese) was named for the six native Japan botanicals in its drink: sakura flower, sakura leaf, yuzu peel, sencha tea, gyokuro tea and sansho pepper. With prominent floral notes, this is a complex gin that’s best drank neat to experience the full flavour profile.

Grilled Marinated Pork Neck with Spicy Sauce

Savour a sumptuous Thai High Tea and Dinner Buffet for a limited time at Singapore Marriott Tang Plaza Hotel’s Marriott Cafe.
