ATLAS Presents New Monthly Executive Lunch
Looking for a exquisite spot for business lunches, or simply a place to enjoy good food? This month, ATLAS presents a new lunch menu with eight new dishes from Executive Chef Daniele Sperindo. The two ($38++) and three-course ($48++) menus include dishes such as Blow-torched wagyu beef tartare, fermented portobello, light truffle custard and Battered cod filets, mushy peas, tartare sauce, mustard frills salad with an optional wine pairing (additional $24++ for two glasses and $30++ for three).

Salted & Hung x The Commune Social Collaborative Dinner
Salted & Hung Executive Chef Drew Nocente will be reuniting with Executive Chef Scott Melvin of The Commune Social (Shanghai )for a two-night collaborative dinner on 20 and 21 September 2017. Having worked together before at Gordon Ramsay’s Maze Restaurant in London and Jason Atherton’s Table No. 1 in Shanghai, the two chefs’ 10-course dinner menus will feature cured and grilled dishes with a local twist – savour treats such as chef Drew Nocente’s Pork Chop brined in citrus and aromatics for 24 hours and josper-grilled to serve, as well as chef Scott Melvin’s Roasted Red Cabbage, accompanied with bonito butter, nori powder, bonito flakes and crisp rice cakes.

Deepavali Treats from The Song of India
Michelin star Indian restaurant The Song of India dishes out their exclusive handcrafted Mithai (a traditional confectionary) again this Deepavali. The three signature flavours are made with premium ingredients, such as ‘King of Mangoes’ Alphonso mango for the Alphonso Mango Burfi and rose petal preserve from Lucknow, India for the Rose Gulkhand Roll. Machida Shoten’s New Tsukemen Dishes
Brought in from the original home of iekei ramen in Japan, Machida Shoten in Wisma Atria’s Japan Food Town has launched its Original Tsukemen ($15++, with options for add ons) on Singapore shores. Featuring diced cha shu and a curry-like broth created with their own blend of dashi and a special tsukemen sauce, dip the cool al dente (and thicker than usual) noodles into the warm soup before slurping up the dish.
