Labyrinth Launches New Expression Of Singaporean Cuisine

One Michelin Starred restaurant Labyrinth has undergone a period of self-reflection and has emerged with a redesigned dining room and a new menu using 80% locally-sourced produce. The ingredient and unique flavour pairing take centre stage in Chef Han Li Guang’s new menu inspired by his grandmothers cooking among other things. Highlights include Braised Baby Abalone which utilizes an 80-year-old recipe for oyster sauce, Grandma’s Fish Maw Soup and Labyrinth Rojak which uses greens from local farms.

The Pre-theatre Menu and Lunch Tasting Menu are priced at $68 for 4-courses. The 10-course Dinner Menu with pre-appetiser snacks and petit four is priced at $178 with a wine pairing option at an additional $80.

Prince’s Hangover Brunch At Fat Prince

If you’re looking for a place to nurse a hangover on Saturdays, Fat Prince has got you covered. Eat to your heart’s content with one brunch main and a free flow of delectable kebabs that feature Grilled Halloumi Cheese with Smashed Avocado, Spiced Macadamia, and Pomegranate Molasses among other indulgent fillings. The best way to beat the hangover is to keep the party going with unlimited Prima Donna Cocktails.

Fullerton’s Chocolate Buffet Returns Bigger and Better Than Before

Fullerton Hotel’s famed Chocolate Buffet makes its much-anticipated return! Look forward to the new Live Nitro Station, which instantly freezes liquid chocolate into a ball and breaks for a textural treat. Visit the Hot Chocolate Trolley and create your own with six types of Valrhona chocolate and your choice of warming cardamom, chilli, zesty orange and anise. Stellar at 1-Altitude Introduces New 2-Course Set Lunch

Refuel for the rest of the workday with a gourmet lunch overlooking the Singapore skyline at Stellar at 1-Altitude. To further complement the 3-course ($48) and 4-course ($58) set lunch options, Stellar at 1-Altitude has introduced a new 2-course set lunch ($38) with a choice of either an appetiser and main or a main and dessert.

The exquisite selection of mains includes Seared Red Snapper, Roasted Duck Breast and a luxurious Grilled Rib-eye.
