Amamoto Cafe opens at Raffles Place
Drink to your health with the Japanese fermented rice drink amakaze at the CBD’s new Amamoto Cafe. Dedicated to the healthy ‘sweet wine’ and the wellness it offers, savour the cafe’s hot pure Amakaze with Grated Ginger, Kinako-flavoured (roasted soybean flour) Amakaze, as well as some Soba Salad with Quinoa and amazake-marinated Chicken to rejuvenate yourselves at any time of the day.

Tiger Beer releases new White and Black brews
Fans of Tiger Beer will now have two new options to their favourite beverage as the Singapore-born brewery introduces the groundbreaking Tiger Black and Tiger White to shelves. Choose between a rich bold lager of higher alcohol content or a smooth wheat beer blend with a citrus finish – if you can’t make your choice now, head down to Tiger Beer’s pop-up bar at One Raffles Place for the full experience of both.
Tiger Black and Tiger White are now available at all participating bars, restaurants, major supermarkets, hypermarkets and convenience stores. The pop-up bar is located at 1 Raffles Place, One Raffles Place, Singapore 048616.
Tea Speciality menu at Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao/Jiangnan
What better to pair your Chinese teas with than tea-infused dishes at Crystal Jade La Mian Xiao Long Bao/Jiangnan? A new speciality menu, launched just this month, features a selection of six dishes imbued with blends such as puer and oolong, and unique spins include the restaurant’s classic Xiao Long Bao in Tie Guan Ying and Sautéed Shrimp with Long Jing tea.

Iggy’s launches a Mini Gastrobar
If you’re too busy for long tasting menus, then check out Iggy’s new mini gastrobar, which offers an enticing line-up of sharing plates and mains for diners to choose their favourites, from the Japanese-inspired Pintxos ($26) vegetables on toast to the opulent Eggs & Eggs ($39), which combines premium poached eggs with potato espuma and Kaluga caviar . To wash down the meal, look no further than the mammoth of a wine list, with some 25,000 bottles in the cellar to revel in.
