Salted Egg Lava Croissant at Antoinette

The ultimate blend of East and West, Antoinette’s new Salted Egg Lava Croissant is a an exquisite viennoiserie that taps into Singapore’s love for salted egg yolk. Traditional French butter and dough is used to construct the fluffy croissant body at a set temperature of 12ºc, while its filling is made out of a blend of natural salted egg yolks, sugar and milk, resulting in a light but indulgent confectionary that’ll definitely have pastry lovers coming back for more. This is #eggyolkporn at its best.

The Salted Egg Lava Croissant is currently only available at the Penhas Road outlet.
