It’s been a year since Chef Chan Hon Meng won his first Michelin star for his flagship stall Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle at Chinatown Complex. Now, his popularity has led him to bring his signature dish, the tender juicy soy-glazed chicken that requires five hours of prep work – to Town Restaurant’s dinner buffet, alongside an extensive heritage ($56++ per adult, $28++ per child) and seafood ($69++ per adult, $34++ per child) spread with international selections. Dine With Michelin-Starred Chef Toni González

For the first time, the Dempsey Spanish mainstay La Ventana is introducing a dual-chef concept that brings together two Michelin-starred powerhouses: Chef Roberto Terradillos and Toni González to work their culinary magic. To celebrate his debut appearance in Singapore, Chef González will be hosting an extravagant five-course Spanish feast ($128++ per person, with optional Spanish wine pairing at $48++) characteristic of his restaurant El Nuevo Molino in Santander, where you’ll be one of the first to indulge in signature favourites like Beef Carpaccio with Olive Oil and Foie Gras Shavings, Wagyu Cheek in Red Wine Sauce with Cauliflower, and more.

Sake-Tapas Tastings at BAM!

Starting this upcoming Monday, BAM! will be shaking up the Tras Street after-work crowd with its new weekly Sake-Tapas Tastings from 6pm to 8pm, combining over sunset sakes with absolutely delectable Japanese-influenced tapas. Priced at only $48++ per person, enjoy a tasting menu of five unique sakes handpicked from the Yamagata, Ishikawa, and Gifu prefectures, along with umami flavours from Chef Pepe’s culinary creations, intended to excite and delight your senses. Maison Ikkoku Turns Six With New King Prawn Udon

As Maison Ikkoku – the two-in-one Kampong Glam concept that combines an artisanal coffee joint with a cocktail bar – prepares to turn six, they’ll be launching a new King Prawn Udon, available every day from 6pm to 9pm as part of their Dining Hour programme. At just $18++ per bowl, the savoury creation by Director and Master Mixologist Ethan Leslie Leong sees flat udon noodles served with plump Hokkaido scallops and king prawns in French-style lobster bisque stock with tom yum spices, before being topped with wasabi roe and black roe. Need a drink too? The bartender is ever-ready to personalise a bespoke cocktail for you depending on your tastes.
