5 Things To Do This Week in Singapore: 28th March to 3rd April 2016

GRIND

Toy Factory Productions‘s GRIND is a tapestry of stories involving 4 local gay men,written & directed by award-winning director & playwright Goh Boon Teck. Featuring a young and dynamic cast (the eloquent Mitchell Fang, theatre director Stanley Seah, new face Chong Woon Yong, and local singer Juni Goh), GRIND is set against the background of conservative Singapore as it explores the intimate themes of lust, love & family.

Grind – A Contemporary Gay Play is running from 29 March to 2 April 2016 at the Drama Centre Blackbox at 3pm, and 8pm. Tickets are priced at $42, and are available here.

Toast The Macallan At The Black Swan

After its inaugural success last year, Toast The Macallan returns for five days at The Black Swan, which will be transformed into The Macallan Restaurant and Bar over this week. The multi-sensory world includes a specially created decompression room to neutralise your senses as you prepare for whisky tasting. Most importantly, Toast the Macallan marks the official unveiling of The Macallan Edition No. 1.

A year has past at Refuge and join them on Friday night, as they toast to another year ahead.
