Chef pals Anthony Yeoh and Bjorn Shen have combined forces to present an epic Easter brunch featuring the best of both restaurants. Expect delectable mezzes from Artichoke such as the Beetroot Tzatziki with Pistachio Dukka & Wormwood and Cocotte’s sumptuous brunch mainstays like Poulet Roti to appear on the free flow brunch trolley. Guests will also receive a complimentary glass of Bird Bird’s (Chef Bjorn’s new Thai-inspired food truck concept) Thai Milk Tea Slushie.

Any meal at The White Rabbit is beautiful, but we’re certain it’ll be even more wonderful brunching there on Easter Sunday. On top of the appetizer spread (think Rocket Salad with Octopus & Pimento and Mini Potted Duck Liver Parfait), there’s a seafood bar with shelled lobsters and fresh oysters, as well a breakfast station with brunch staples like bacon and eggs. Mains from the kitchen include Braised Beef Cheeks and Roasted Spanish Pork Rack.

It’s all about the meat this Easter at The Line. Highlights of the buffet include grilled Australian tomahawk steak and 24-hour slow-cooked short ribs and asparagus with Hollandaise sauce. Their take on the traditional Easter lamb roast goes Middle Eastern with the Sultan’s Whole Roast Baby Lamb with Zatar and Saffron Rice. Those with a sweet tooth can look forward to treats like raspberry egg surprise and hazelnut sabayon mousse.

mezza9 is one of the places we always go to for indulgent brunches and guess what? They’ve upped the ante for Easter. On top of the whole Spit-Roasted Welsh lamb, sustainable seafood on ice, and Slow-Roasted Kurobuta Pork Leg and crackling, guests can look forward to a wide selection of dishes like dim sum, Wok-Fried White Pepper Crab, and 48-hours slow-braised BBQ short ribs with crushed pumpkin mash at this buffet affair.
