Unexpected Epicurean Christmas Dinner at ME@OUE

The festive season is back yet again, and with it comes oh so glorious food. But if you’re probably sick of the usual fare like Turkey and Roast Ham, ME@OUE has a treat waiting in store for you. Out goes the traditional dishes and in comes a multi-culinary experience comprising of Japanese, French and Chinese food. To kick off the gastronome will be servings of Japanese cuisine like Tuna Akami, Hokkaido Scallop and Prawn Sashimi. After which comes the highlight of the banquet with Chinese style dishes like Almond Crusted Guinea Fowl served on Chestnut Purée and Roasted Chestnut with Pomegranate Quince Confit. Ending the feast would be the French traditional ‘Bûche De Noël’, a Dark Chocolate Parfait topped with Salted Caramel Crémeux.
