Valentine’s Day at Alkaff Mansion Ristorante

Surrounded by over 7,000 fairy lights in the exclusive hilltop ambience of Alkaff Mansion Ristorante, set your hearts aflutter this Valentine’s Day with a delectable set dinner accompanied by romantic live music to get you in the mood for love.

Guests can choose between two dinner seatings based on a four or five course set beautifully customised by the culinary team. The dinner will be accompanied by soulful live music that will take romance up a notch with popular love songs performed by a duo.

The five-course dinner option begins with Fresh Coffin Bay Oysters with Italian Tomato Salsa & Fresh Lemon which complements nicely with a glass of Prosecco that is included in the set. Following that is the elegant Half-Seared Tuna Carpaccio with Avocado, Micro Greens & Salmon Roe, a light yet flavourful combination that will leave you wanting more.

Valentine’s Day will not be complete without flowers and the culinary team conceptualised a lovely dish of Homemade Lobster ‘Ravioli’ in Butter & Sage with Green Beans Puree. Featuring exquisitely handcrafted raviolis made with squid ink, the pasta dish garnished with tiny petals is made to resemble a floral arrangement.

The dinner continues with a selection for the main course of either Oven-Baked Atlantic Cod
with Truffle Mashed Potatoes & Cherry Tomato Confit or Beef Tenderloin in Port Wine Sauce
with Mashed Purple Potatoes & Cherry Tomato Confit. To end off the romantic night, the
chef presents a classic Valentine’s Day dessert of Chocolate Lava Cake with Strawberry
Compote & Ice Cream.

After dinner, take a short stroll around the mansion and unwind with drinks on the lawn
under the open night skies surrounded by dazzling fairy lights. Dine with us and experience
unforgettable romance in the exclusive hilltop ambience of Alkaff Mansion Ristorante.
