Una’s Pop Up World Beer Series

Tired of the sultry Singapore weather? Cool off with UNA‘s Pop Up World Beer Series bar, which sits right on their entrance patio. We’d love to visit in the evenings to escape the heat and quenching our thirst with ice cold beers and ciders from all around the world like Germany’s Erdinger Dunkel and New Zealand’s Monteith’s ciders. If you’re not feeling too adventurous, there’s always draught Heineken, which is served, using Heineken’s latest tap technology, at a cool -6 degrees. The best part? The standard nett price for each drink is only $10!

Lewin Terrace Launches New Signature Cocktails and Premium Sake

Lewin Terrace’s Sake Selection

What better way to immerse yourself in Singapore’s history than savouring ambrosial cocktails inspired by Fort Canning’s very own spice garden? Try the warm, nutmeg-infused Raintree, and the refreshing R.O.M, which features mint, rum, orange vodka, and lemon juice. If sake’s more up your alley, Lewin Terrace ‘s new premium sake selection includes the Bijofu range, which boasts a distinctive fruity-floral taste.

But no night out is complete without toothsome Japanese-French bar chow by Chef Kano, such as Hokkaido Tempura of squid, potato and chili, seaweed and honey truffles, and Mochi balls with French sea salt and cheese.

Rosé Revolution at Raffles Hotel

With a growing appreciation of this summertime drink across the region, it’s no surprise that Rosé Revolution, the largest annual Rosé appreciation event in Asia, will be gracing our shores this on 23 May. Organised by Raffles Singapore‘s Wine Director, Stephané Soret and Eddie McDougall, popularly known as The Flying Winemaker after his TLC TV show, you’ll be in good hands as you learn more about and taste up to 24 of these pink wines. Already acquainted with this refreshing drink? You’ll be pleased to know that Rosés from world-renowned wineries, such as M. Chapoutier from Rhône Valley and Rosa Del Golf will also be at the festival.
