Fat Prince Refreshes Menu of Kebabs & Mains
Ending off the year with a bang is Fat Prince, who has unveiled an all-new menu of gourmet kebabs, mains, mezze and desserts. Combining local and Middle Eastern flavours in unique ways and techniques, dishes including as the Aleppo Pepper Squid ($16) with lime, curry leaf and spiced mayo, and Pot Steamed Black Mussels ($22) are joined by a selection of contemporary kebabs such as the Charred Pork Belly ($9) with smoked potato puree, apple, mint and raisins, and Roasted Lamb Shoulder ($10) with eggplant whip, pickled cucumber, zaatar yogurt.

Treat yourself to Japanese maguro (tuna) at Kuro Maguro and Maguro Donya this month, as both tuna specialists pile succulent cubes of the otoro and akami cut on a bed of sushi rice for just $9.90.
