This International Women’s Day, TONO Cevicheria will be shining the spotlight on three kickass women reshaping the culinary world from Singapore. TONO Cevicheria’s Head Chef Tamara Chavez, Chef-owner of Morsels, Petrina Loh and Ashlee Malligan of Nouri will display their culinary prowess with different versions of ceviches, tacos, and mains inspired by their heritage. The lineup includes Tamara’s  Mi Vuleve a la Vida, a medley of fresh seafood with special homemade Tomato Tiger’s Milk, and fusion tacos like Angus Rump Rendang Taco by Petrina and Ashlee.
