Start your Singapore Cocktail Festival right this Friday with Rémy Martin’s Once Upon a Time in Cognac! Award-winning bartender Nico de Soto of Mace in New York and Tippling Club’s Head Bartender, Andrew Loudon, will be joining hands for this exclusive one-night event, showcasing their creativity with their versions of the classic Sidecar.

Other bespoke cognac cocktails will also be available, with five drinks and five dishes going at $155++ (book here.) And for those feeling nostalgic, hop on to the vintage side car – an Instagram-worthy moment – to travel back in time to the Golden Age of cocktails.

Get on the Good Side of Summer with Morsels’ New Seasonal Menu

Enjoy true summer vibes in sunny Singapore with Morsels’ new Spring Summer Menu, drawing heavy inspiration from Chef Petrina’s travels across Japan, Korea, and India. Snack on tasty Geay Oysters with green mango pickles (think Mumbai) and from France, or pamper your taste buds with Hokkaido Scallop Carpaccio paired with burnt coconut cream and homemade umami puffed rice for Thai-Japanese fusion.

Carnivores can try the Korean-inspired Organic Lacto Chicken, consisting of gochujang onion jam and garlic glutinous rice in a nourishing chicken hotpot. This May and June, 25 Degrees Singapore presents a limited-time special Vegan Burger ($18++) featuring a 4oz 100% plant-based Beyond Burger patty that boasts more protein than real meat. Stacked with tarragon-flavoured coleslaw, chunky portobello mushroom, tomato confit, and melted vegan cheddar sandwiched between a pair of fluffy toasted charcoal buns, this healthy indulgence can only leave you wanting more. They’re also going the extra mile with vegan-friendly Pilsner Urquell ($16++), a pale lager hailing from Czech Republic. Burgers + beers = yes, please!

Art at CURATE Back With Star-Studded Series 14

Join the celebration of French-Japanese cuisine from 10 to 16 May with Resorts World Sentosa at its Art at CURATE Series 14, graced by Chef Ryuta Iizuka of two Michelin-starred Restaurant Ryuzu, Tokyo.

Diners can look forward to his signature Shiitake Mushroom Tarte, an exquisite dish featuring mushrooms from Tokushima combined with savoury feuilletage pie crust and Cinta Senese lard, as well a special poached Grouper imbued with a citrusy touch.

The four-course lunch is available at $138++ per person while the eight-course dinner is available at $308++ person (full menu here). Wine pairings by guest sommelier Shunsuke Maruyama are offered during the event period.
