Tanjong Beach Club’s First Menu Refresh

Market Fresh Fish of the Day

Since it opened in 2010, Tanjong Beach Club (TBC) has been dishing out hearty food, tropical cocktails, and good vibes. Recently, they’ve upped their beach culture game with new offerings in collaboration with Chef Jason Jones, Director of Culinary Operations of The Loco Group. Look forward to seafood dishes like the Lobster Burger ($38), which features half a lobster dressed in lime mayo in between toasted bun topped with black sesame seeds, accentuating the sweetness of the lobster, a succulent Barbecued Octopus Salad ($23), and the Market Fresh Fish of the Day ($35).

You can’t visit TBC without a cocktail or two, so try our favourites – the zesty aperitif In Love With The Coco ($21, tequila, coconut, cucumber, hazelnut, pineapple) and Rum My Lemons ($21, rum, yuzu, lemon sorbet, vanilla & orange syrup).
