Embrace the beauty of Singapore’s eternal summer with Wildseed Bar’s new menu, featuring garden-themed cocktails and farm-to-table mains. Have a Strawberry Sip (strawberry jam, orange squeeze, Monkey Shoulder, grapefruit bitters) or get a Sunkiss (Chambered, Cointreau, fresh orange, cream, rosella), and pair it with wholesome dishes such as Tajima Wagyu Bolar Blade or Harissa Baby Back Ribs.

For $120++ per person, feast on Hama-Pike eel, Wakame seaweed, and grunt and scabbard fish delivered fresh from Tokushima. Counter sets are also available at $50++, for lunch and dinner if you’re in the mood for something quicker.
