The eighth edition of Wine Fiesta 2015 organised by The Straits Wine Company brings together 82 restaurant winemakers and over 350 labels of wine. To celebrate the jubilee year, the fiesta celebrates ‘Singapore-style food, wine and music’ and it will feature food from local chefs as well as live music from local musicians. Chefs Bjorn Shen (Artichoke), Malcom Lee (Candlenut), Matthew Mok (The Rabbit Stash) and Cheryl Koh (Tarte by Cheryl Koh) will be whipping up a storm with items like Beef Cheek Rendang Burger ($10), the Khao Soi Hotdog ($12), and Chouquettes with dark chocolate and lemon curd dip ($12 for 8 pieces). Round up the 360 degree experience, festival goers can soak in the dulcet tunes from local musicians of the Getai Group featuring Dru Chen, TAJ, Tim De Cotta and others.
