World Lit Workshop: Spoken Word Poetry with Kosal Khiev

World Lit is a regular programme by The Arts House which features writers from around the world and provides a platform for them to discuss their critically acclaimed works, and interact with local readers.

Join poet, tattoo artist and survivor of the US prison system, Kosal Khiev in this poetry workshop where participants will be able to transform their poetry to performance. What follows will be a series of writing exercises dealing with our feelings and memories of home, work, and your social surroundings. During the workshop participants will be asked to reach back into their past, pull from their present lives and possibly reimagine a new future.

This event is happening on Thursday, 5 March at 7.30pm at The Council Room, The Arts House.

Prices: $15, $10 (Concession for students, senior citizens and NSFs). Please click [here](http://bytes.sg/EventDetails.aspx?EventID=663) to purchase tickets.
