Chef Anne-Cecile Degenne is not only a rule breaker in the culinary world as one of the only female head chefs with such high acclaim in Asia, but also in the kitchen with daring techniques that attract both Michelin-starred guest chefs, and stars of a different kind – like Serena Williams – to her matte black and rose gold clad kitchen. She is better known around Xperience by her title as Resident Culinary Designer.
