Objectifs presents Stories that Matter: Conspicuous Consumption
Stories That Matter features documentaries, essays and narratives that look into the societal and cultural aspects of our world. Sometimes critical, sometimes tongue-in-cheek, sometimes heartbreaking – these stories may be personal, but the themes and impact are often universal. Various screenings happen throughout the week, register here to not miss a spot!

Itsy: The Musical
Featuring a dazzling display of puppetry and live action, ITSY: The Musical transports audiences to a dazzling world that explodes with glorious colours, stunning effects and enchanting music. At its heart is the powerful and moving story about the bond between a grandparent and his grandchild, bringing together familiar nursery rhymes from your childhood to enchant the whole family.

Tropic Lab’s 3rd Anniversary with Haan and Jamie React
The Tropic Lab boys return to Kilo Lounge to celebrate the third anniversary of their label’s inception. Conceptualised by inseparable friends sometime in 2013, Tropic Lab made its debut in a pop-up event to penetrate Singapore’s burgeoning music scene. Their second gig saw them playing alongside Haan Aziz, where they discovered that his sound complements the Tropic Lab identity they were working towards. The duo soon turned into a trio with Haan on board, and they’ve since carved their own spot in the local nightlife industry.

Beatroot #1
A night that brings together the most awesome beat selectors in the South Atlantic, get ready to move to a rhythm that redefines organic and electronic vibrations. Come and party with Beatroot’s debut at Montreux Jazz Cafe – DJs include Brendon P, Ramesh, Kenneth Francis with Anand and Md Noor on percussion.

House Party: The Arts House Turns 13
Come celebrate with The Arts House as they officially become a ‘teenager’! The House Party is an annual celebration where artists, writers, and musicians come together to share stories that inspire their work – from a poetic musical dialogue curated by Young Artist Award winner Marc Nair to jazz and chamber music performances by Aya Sekine and violinist Loh Jun Hong. Expect a pool of the most talented artists Singapore has to offer and no less.
