Join 75CL as they partnered up with Owner/Chef Nic from Platypus Kitchen to take you on a wine expedition. Nic will be dishing up some of his signature chicken dishes which challenges you to experience wine pairing with chicken serve up in different sauces and cooking methods.
Come with an open mind and be ready to explore extreme wine pairing. Remember to drop the tie and grab a friend. It’s meant to be casual and fun.
By pairing wines with familiar local flavors instead of the go-to European fare, they’re hoping to create a unique wine culture here and promote the enjoyment of wines without fuss or fear.
