Event Details

Multiculturalism is more than a four race box. It can be a tasty, messy hotbed for cultural creativeness and exploration, if we allow it. Food transcends. We do not see a world with borders, we see the beauty of cultures and flavours mixing.

Over here at Brunch Bandits, we love a yummy melting pot of deliciousness. And we believe that the Singaporean experience is excitingly diverse. The places we travel to and the people that travel to us. The world is our oyster, so let’s #eattheworld.

Over the past few years, we have cooked up everything from Brazilian acaraje to Kenyan Nyama Choma to a South Indian Banana leaf spread.

We continue with our Global South Banana Leaf Thali series at Bunker Bunker, delving into the cuisines of emerging geographies across the equator, while celebrating the local produce Singapore has going on.
It will be featuring some of the best highlights from previous Brunch Bandits suppers!

And where better to start then with the cradle of civilisation, Afrika. Exploring the cuisines across the largest continent in the world over 5 courses, served in our signature banana leaf spread. There will be our most requested main of Ethiopian Injera with a Beyanetu vegetarian spread, a standout dish from the Kenyan supper and 3 new dishes inspired by the stories of 3 Africans living and loving in Singapore.

Expect the usuals : Customised playlist, decor, dishes blending African flavours with the freshest local ingredients.

Social. Local. Mobile.
