One of Bali’s key directional temples and a site of pilgrimage for Hindu Balinese, this temple is located 1,300 meters above sea level! It is surrounded by frangipani and hibiscus flowers and its high location on Mount Batukaru creates a misty cool climate. The moss covered shrines are beautiful, along with a pond full of Koi fish. Overall, peaceful and more quiet than other temples in Bali.
