Beat The Blues with The Lo & Behold Group

The start of 2016 has been riddled with deep uncertainties about the global economy. In face of the tough times that lay ahead, the Lo & Behold Group believes in doing what they can to commiserate with our fellow salarymen.

During the stock market crash of 2008, OverEasy Fullerton launched their “Bear Essentials” campaign, selling juicy beef sliders at just S$1 during Happy Hour on days when the STI closed lower than average, giving weary business folk a silver lining on gloomy days.

Likewise in 2016, OverEasy, The Black Swan and Loof are putting out some of the best recession-proof Happy Hour promotions in town to tide Singaporeans through these troubled times. OverEasy Orchard offers 1-for-1 premium alcohol pours and draft beers on weekdays, Monday to Friday from 5 to 8pm. Guests can enjoy everything from boutique gins like Hendrick’s, Japanese whisky labels like Nikka and Yamazaki at deflationary prices. Prices range f rom $15++ for a glass of Nikka Taketsuru Premium Malt to $22 for Monkey 47.

Over at The Black Swan, the grand café and bar will be offering freshly shucked oysters at just S$2++ a piece from 5 to 8pm on weekdays paired with $11 glasses of Stella Artois or house wines. Customers can also head up to The Black Swan’s sister cocktail lounge, The Powder Room to enjoy specialty bespoke cocktails at just $12++ a glass from 5 to 9pm on weekdays Singapore’s quintessential local rooftop bar has always stood the test of time.

Loof will be continuing their ever-exciting “Beat the Clock” campaign with staggered prices for house spirits and wines based on the customer’s time of order. Early birds get $5++ drinks from 5 to 5.59pm, $6++ drinks from 6 to 6.59pm and $7++ drinks from 7 to 7.59pm, giving everyone a reason to clock off work early. Happy hour patrons can also enjoy Loof’s special cocktails of the month for just S$10++ each from 5 to 8pm.

The above Happy Hour promotions are ongoing throughout 2016, but are subject to change without notice at the venue’s discretion.
