The Bloomberg Square Mile Relay races to Singapore for the third year and calls for Singapore’s toughest businesses to compete for glory in this 1.6km 10-runners relay race through the Central Business District on 3 December 2015.
Last year’s relay saw more than 160 teams compete for bragging rights and a S$10,000 cheque donated to their charity of choice.
What? First staged in London in 2007, Singapore kick starts the first leg of the Bloomberg Square Mile Relay in Asia and relays to Shanghai and Hong Kong in mid-October and November respectively. The race is proudly sponsored by Bloomberg, the global business and financial information and news leader, and official race partners, OUE and Pure Fitness.
Why? Corporate teams of 10 runners each will run a one mile (1.6KM) course at The Promontory @ Marina Bay, competing for the glory of a winner’s cheque to be donated to their charity of choice. Last year’s champion, Macquarie Bank, donated their prize money of S$10,000 to Hope House.
The event will take place on Thursday, 3 December 2015 from 7pm at The Promontory @ Marina Bay.
