Chef Jet Lo of Ding Dong teams up with Head Chefs of Trioka Sky Dining (Malaysia) and Alvart Restaurant (Spain), Chefs Christian Bauer and Alvar Ayuso to bring you an unprecedented culinary experience befittingly named, Six Hands Dinner.
Expect Chef Jet’s signature modern twists on traditional flavours in the Iberico Pork Belly with Cucumber, Chilli and Garlic, while Chef Christian pushes your boundaries with his rendition of Roast Cod Milt, Mole Poblano, Chilli Fried Oats and Chef Alvar offers diners a taste of Catalan with his delicate Suquet.
A selection of handpicked wines will be offered for the 9-course meal, to accompany the unique experience brought to you by this renowned team with remarkable individual achievements.
