A familiar face on television as well as in various cookbooks, International Masterchef Arron Huang stays true to the spirit of Taiwanese cuisine with his active involvement in the Taiwan culinary scene, holding appointments such as President of the Association of Taipei Cooking. Together with award-winning Chef Yong Bing Ngen of Majestic Restaurant, both talents will showcase the use of traditional Chinese herbs from Eu Yan Sang to create modern, mouthwatering Chinese dishes and inspire a new generation on incorporating traditional Chinese ingredients into modern day cooking.
