MICA Building

There’s more to the MICA Building than it’s gorgeous 927 rainbow windows! The premises was initially known as the Hill Street Police Station and Barracks in 1934 and the operating sire of the Arms and Explosives Branch of the Police Departmen from the 1941- 1981 before housing the Ministry of Communications and Information in 2000.

Today, the MICA Building’s main courtyard, which used to be the police parade ground, has been converted into an air-conditioned atrium called The ARTrium for large scale visual art exhibitions and performing arts events.
