28 MAR 2016 | Gattopardo Ristorante di Mare will be partnering with Ms Ellen Wu, an internationally certified olive oil specialist from Taiwan. Wu is also the author of two books, one on olive oil tasting and the other on Italian and Chinese cuisine.
The one-night only dinner will feature dishes created to showcase the unique characteristics of the range of olive oils available. Included in the selection of olive oils is the olive oil made by Chef Lino Sauro and his family, made from his family’s olive trees and farm in Sicily.
Secrets and Magic of Extra Virgin Olive Oil is happening on Monday, 28 March 2016 at Gattopardo from 7pm to 11pm. The 5-course menu is priced at $158++ (inclusive of aperitivo and wine pairing).
