Sunday Bunday at Bird Bird

Chef Bjorn Shen’s Bird Bird will be hosting Dan Segall’s pop-up reprise of the legendary ZenDog. If you missed them before, now is your chance to stuff one (or all) of these beef weiners in yo face:

  • The Shiok! Dog: fried shallots, chopped coriander, dark soya and maggi chilli
  • The Kung-Fu PanDog: ‘salt and sugar’ cucumbers, fresh spring onions, mayo and the sifu’s secret recipe hoisin sauce
  • The Hotto Doggu: shredded cabbage, toasted sesame, wasabi furikake, kewpie mayo and zen-blend ‘tonkatsu’ sauce
  • The Fat Phat Dog: bahn mi styled pickles, crispy onion bits, chopped Vietnamese parsley, sriracha mayo and sweet brown sauce
  • The K-Dog: housemade kimchi, wasabi seaweed, zen-blend ‘bulgoggi’ mustard
  • The Sawadee’ Daaaaawg: rice vinegar slaw, fish floss, chopped coriander, creamy Thai chili sauce, green chili nam jhim

Oh, let’s not forget iced cold beers, frosty slushies and some Neh Neh Pops.

Sunday Bunday is happening on 31 January at Bird Bird from 2pm till sold out. For more details, check out the event page here.
