The Naked Meals: Making you feel good…naked

Most of us are suckers for expensive salads, happily tossing in ingredients until the final tally costs much more than something that can be easily whipped up at home if we weren’t running late or just couldn’t be bothered. If that sounds like you, here’s a new outfit you should know about – The Naked Meals.

With a philosophy of wanting to make you “feel good, naked”, the sister duo behind The Naked Meals takes their food and nutrition seriously. The Naked Meals plans and crafts healthy meals that deliver the nutritional value while keeping down the calories, and with co-founder Alison Yen being a fitness trainer as well, you certainly get your dose of healthy as promised.

You get to create your own meal choosing from delicious food like baked salmon, grilled dory, egg muffins with bacon and beef meatballs among others – all worthy of your typical cafe fanfare, equally ‘Instagrammable’ in terms of aesthetics and at a lower cost, with meals ranging from $6.50 – $10.50 in price.

Those working in the Central Business District can look forward to having their meals delivered to them, making way for time to hit the gym during lunch and getting a healthy meal after. Otherwise, if you’re on your way to hipster enclave in Tiong Bahru, The Naked Meals stall is located in the vicinity, great for a meal before getting your coffee fix.
