The weekend brunch offerings include Braised Ee-fu Noodles with Prawns in Lobster Sauce (S$25) featuring Boston lobster, the classic Scallop Siew Mai with Fish Roe (S$7.50), and more. Elevate the experience with an additional S$78 each to pair your meal with free flow Delamotte Brut N.V. Champagne, bottled beers and non-alcoholic sparkling teas.

Sit Under A Sakura Tree for Sakura Afternoon Tea

A new season has arrived at Raffles Hotel Singapore’s The Grand Lobby, ushering in Japan’s beautiful cherry blossoms with an all new Sakura Afternoon Tea experience. Enjoy savouries such as the Japanese Omelette with Ikura, a classic Japanese folded omelette topped with salmon roe, as well as delicate sweets like the Sakura Strawberry Verrine. It’s a true journey to the blooming spring of Japan, complete with a Sakura tree artfully installed as a backdrop among the delightful tea-time treats.

Spend a cool night among human and furry friends alike at Hotel Indigo Singapore’s pop-up garden bar. The Peranakan inspired boutique hotel joins hands with Aperol Spritz to launch the pop-up garden bar serving handcrafted cocktails and bar bites perfect every weekend. Its eclectic menu includes the Nonya Katsu (S$13++), a generous plate of boneless chicken thigh seasoned with turmeric and blue ginger, and Beef Tartare (S$18++). Don’t forget to or any of the Aperol Spritz cocktails, beers and wines, all perfectly paired with your meals.

Celebrate St Patricks’s Day at Heart of Darkness

Char Siew Beef Short Rib

Celebrate all drinks Irish at Heart of Darkness this St Patrick’s Day! At S$168++ for two, get acquainted with The Ghost, a limited-release collaboration with TEELING Irish Whiskey, as well as four TEELING Irish Whiskeys perfectly paired with a tasting menu of their newest dishes. The Char Siew Beef Short Rib w Potatoes paired with The Ghost is sure to be a hit, featuring a 300g short rib slow cooked for 14 hours in a secret char siew marinade. Another crowd pleaser is the Prawn Bang Bang paired with TEELING Blackpitts Whiskey – succulent deep fried prawns dripping in spicy house-made sauce washed down by whiskey with delightful notes of salted caramel.

Haru Matsuri Blossoms with Spring

Welcome the blossoming season at Fat Cow with their limited Haru Matsuri special. Accompanied by cocktails with partner Roku Gin, enjoy limited-time a-la-carte offerings and spring-themed omakase. The Takenoko Seri Ae (S$25++) is a new spring creation of bamboo shoots boiled with various spices, rice and miso sauce. Feast on highly seasonal firefly squid in The Hotaru Ika Tempura (S$22++) and hard shell clams steamed in sake featured in the Hamaguri Sakemushi (S$36++).
