Usher in Truffle Season With db Bistro & Oyster Bar

Black winter truffles? Hell yes, especially if it’s at celebrity chef restaurant db Bistro & Oyster Bar. These intense, earthy truffles top their al dente House-Made Tagliatelle Pasta (from S$40++) alongside aged parmesan, and also make their way into their signature DB Burger Royale (S$75++, includes 5g of truffles) as well. The patty is made of ground sirloin, wrapped around red wine braised short rib and creamy foie gras and served with perfumed black truffle aioli for a truly luxurious burger. Or simply spruce up any dish of your choice with S$25++ for three grams of freshly-shaved black truffles.
