ADRIFT by David Myersis back with brand new offerings, including a mouth-watering Yakitori menu with over 30 types of skewers freshly grilled to order. The menu features a range of innovative flavour combinations like the Char Siu Quail (S$7++) and the Octopus and Pickled Lemon (S$7++), but all-time favourites like Pork Collar (S$4++) and Ox Tongue (S$5++) haven’t been left out either. Fat Prince’s refreshed dinner menu features three succulent sharing meats prepared in a traditional earth pit oven. Slow-roasted in a custom underground oven, the meats are allowed to braise in its own juices, rendering fork-tender and flavourful roasts. Try the Omega Lamb Porterhouse (S$12++ per 100g), smothered in a fragrant mix of Moroccan 7-spice, pistachio dukkah, and juniper, or the Iberico Pork Rack (S$25++ per 100g), prepared with Turkish coffee, Szechuan peppercorn, and zhoug.
