This year, Jeremy Monteiro, an award-winning Singaporean composer widely regarded as one of the best jazz pianists in Asia, is joining hands with Hong Kong’s premier jazz guitarist Eugene Pao. Their collaboration ‘To Paris With Love’ comprises an album and a special concert that pay tribute to the music of one of the most well-loved French composers, Michel Legrand.
This concert at the newly refurbished Victoria Concert Hall will feature tunes from the album including some Legrand classic all-time favourites, as well as an original Legrand-inspired composition composed by Monteiro and Pao. The musicians will be joined by the Oxley String Quartet, with guest appearances by vocalists Robert Fernando and Rani Singam.
The album will be launched on 16 October, the day of the concert.
This concert takes place at Victoria Concert Hall on 16 Oct, from 7.30pm. Tickets are priced from $35 to $75 at SISTIC, and can be purchased [here](http://sistic.com.sg/events/paris1015).
