Elegantly stacked in red tiffin carriers, Summer Palace’s five-course takeaway sets add retro style to your CNY experience. Each of their three menus (from S$618 for five pax) kick off with a Crispy Salted Egg Fish Skin and Jellyfish Prosperity Toss, followed by a pen cai  packed with treasures – stewed pork leg, abalone, fish maw – and seafood courses like Stir-Fried Lobster with Superior Stock.
