Dim sum has never felt more luxurious at Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant. Their highly-anticipated dim sum buffet (S$56++ per adult) returns to tables with a menu even more impressive than the last. Take your pick from a feast of 39 dishes, all made in-house, that includes Xin’s Special Sour and Spicy Dumplings, Steamed Barbeque Pork Bun and Custard Bun with Salted Egg Yolk. Diners will also enjoy a complimentary Trio Barbequed Meat Platter and Deep-fried Prawn with Salted Egg Yolk per table.

OLA Cocina Del Mar Introduces An Adventure of Peruvian-style Dishes

While we might be dreaming of the sights of Machu Picchu, OLA Cocina Del Mar’s limited time menu satisfies our wanderlust with a taste of Peru. Crafted by OLA’s Lima-born owner-chef Daniel Chavez and Head Chef Tamara Chavez, each dish is vibrant and nutritious, while paying homage to the country’s biodiversity at the same time. The journey begins with a classic Ceviche Inka (S$32++), followed by refreshing salad Causa Los Andes (S$28++). Take heart in a Cantonese Peruvian fusion in the form of Arroz Chaufa (S$36++) before ending with an indulgent chocolatey Ola Suspiro Limeno (S$14++).
