New Fall Menu at Le Bistrot du Sommelier

Known for hearty, rustic French food, Le Bistrot du Sommelier has launched a couple of new dishes for fall like the Rabbit, Pork, Duck Foiegras Ballotine ($18++ for 150g). Tip: go for their three-course TGV Lunch Menu – $35++, named after France’s high speed rail – if you’re looking for a wallet-friendly experience. It features their signature homemade rillettes (go for the duck or pork), Onglet de Boeuf aux Échalotes (hangar steak served with shallots, garlic confit, and fries), and crème brûlée.

Pizzeria Mozza Launches Meatless Mondays

Mario Batali’s Pizzeria Mozza is joining the rest of his establishments in the USA with the introduction of wholesome, meatless dishes on Mondays. On top of wood-fired oven roasted veggies like eggplant, cauliflower, and carrots, there are indulgent grilled cheese sandwiches on the menu. Sure, you can roast your own veggies at home, but we’re betting they won’t be as beautiful (quality-wise) as those at Mozza.

Roasted veggies are available from 12pm onwards and grilled sandwiches from 5pm onwards at Pizzeria Mozza, Marina Bay Sands. Tel: +65 6688 8522
