On the eve of Christmas and Christmas Day, dive into a spectacular festive four-course menu ($108++) at The Dempsey Cookhouse & Bar, courtesy of acclaimed Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Start off with a plate of Madai Sashimi with powdery lemon snow and horseradish; then, a Fresh Tagliatelle with creamy housemade mozzarella and fragrant Périgord black truffle, followed by a scrumptious main of Roast Duck on wild rice with intense hibiscus-honey glazed pumpkin. To finish? A gleaming Mont Blanc with chocolate and chestnut will have you filled up.

Special festive menus at COMO Cuisine
For a taste of signature festive dishes from COMO Hotels and Resorts properties around the world, COMO Cuisine has whipped up a special Christmas menu ($100++) that’s available from 22 to 25 December. Start with a fun Caviar Doughnut before tucking into a Sunchoke Soup with mushrooms and truffle oil, as well as a refreshing crab salad with mint, mustard dressing, and apples. For your mains, choose between the Kingfish with tomato essence and endives, or the French-style Turkey Galantine with Stone Fruit and spicy cinnamon jus.
As for dessert – an entertaining Chocolate Lava Cake with explosive rocks and mint ice cream. All diners will also get some sides to share – glazed heirloom carrots with hazelnuts, and Brussels sprouts with a bit of sage and bacon. Don’t eat meat? An excellent vegetarian menu is also available this Christmas.
