Remy Martin x Sorrel Pairing Dinner

Enjoy a pairing dinner with Sorrel in collaboration with Remy Martin as they present to you modern, fine-dining food, the first of its sort. Remy Martin’s brand ambassador and Regional On-Trade manager Richard Gillam will be creating some of the most innovative cocktails to-date across this 7-course indulgent evening.
Expect dishes such as langoustine head glazed in saffron and prawn glass noodles with laksa leaf and fried sakura ebi; and Australian wagyu striploin with roasted sweetbreads, confit eggyolk in bacon fat, caramelized onion and mustard jus. Wash these dishes down with the most innovative Remy Martin cocktails including an infusion of Remy Martin Club with saffron braised Thai pineapple, caramalised with rosemary honey; and Remy Martin shaken with fresh lemon and honey, served a la 1860 with a 24 carat gold crust.
