The Halia Turns 18! (4 October – 6 October 2019)
Celebrate 18 years of dining experiences in the Ginger Garden with The Halia. To commemorate this milestone, Chef Ciaran Armstrong has curated a luxurious Secret Specials Menu featuring the finest ingredients. Enjoy this exclusive menu at a celebratory price of $18 per dish.
The menu highlights dishes such as Blackmore Wagyu Beef Tartare – topped with shaved seasonal truffle, Avruga caviar, black garlic and sesame lavosh; and the On Land & Sea – Angus tenderloin, Alaskan king crab, fresh seasonal truffle, buttered spinach, jerk barbeque and morel jus. In order to unlock this secret menu, diners are required to “Like” either The Halia’s Facebook or Instagram account.
Special Notes:
– Promotional price of $18 is limited to one order of each item in the Secret Specials Menu per person
– Additional orders of the same item from the Secret Specials Menu by the same guest is chargeable at $50 per dish
– Items on the Secret Specials Menu are subject to availability
– The Secret Specials Menu is available for dine-in during dinner (from 6pm to last order) only
